Randy A. Galanti, CPA – Managing Partner
Randy has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and serves as the managing partner at Galanti & Company. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for both Smith & Raab and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Randy’s clients have been known to say his fingers on a calculator are like Liberace on a piano. He provides a variety of accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services for his clients, and has extensive experience serving clients with the following: business acquisitions, divestitures and related structuring, mediation and conflict resolution, entity selection, owner buy-ins and buy-outs, business valuations, tax planning and compliance, retirement planning, resolving conflicts with taxing authorities, and all aspects of auditing and review engagements.
Randy is an active member of the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce and the North Atlanta Roundtable of Managing Partners of CPA Firms, as well as the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He attended Tulane University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.
On a Personal Note
An Atlanta native, Randy is now a resident of Dunwoody. He has two grown sons, Todd and Eric, and two granddaughters. He is active in the community, working with the Or VeShalom synagogue and the Atlanta Jewish Federation. Randy is a member of the Rivermont Country Club and loves to golf, garden, scuba dive, work out and go to the beach.

“I became interested in numbers while taking a bookkeeping course in high school. I fell in love with it and have been working with numbers ever since. Solving problems is something I enjoy, and I look forward to teaching staff accountants new concepts and watching them develop professionally.”
