Dave Lingel – Firm Administrator

Dave joined Galanti & Co. in 2007 as firm administrator, bringing nearly 15 years of prior human resources experience. In his role, he is responsible for benefit plan development and administration, staff performance management, as well as recruiting and hiring of new staff.

His previous roles include firm administrator at Cuthill & Eddy, LLC in Winter Park, Florida and payroll clerk at Community Health Centers of Central Florida in Apopka, Florida.

He is member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Association for Accounting Administration and the CPA Leadership Institute.  Dave is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.

On a Personal Note:

Dave was born in New York, NY and lived many years in central Florida, specifically Tampa and Orlando. He is a sports fan, enjoys history and music, and claims to be pretty good with a yo-yo.

During Macroeconomics in college, I realized employment was the single most important force in the American economy. At that time, I decided a focus in human resources management was the best way to use my skills to contribute to my community.”
